Keynote Speakers

Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a Professor with the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chip. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers (including Science) and conference proceedings with >9,000 citations, five edited books, two book chapters, >50 issued or pending patents, >200 invited presentations (including 2 tutorial, >30 plenary and >40 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Senior Member of IEEE, Optica and SPIE. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access, Editor Board Member for three other scientific journals, Guest Editor for >10 journal special issues. He also served as Chair or Committee Member for >90 international conferences, Reviewer for >60 prestigious journals.

Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Saxena is working as Professor and HOD-CSE at Greater Noida Institute of Technology, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. He received his Ph.D. degree in CSE from NIT Durgapur, West Bengal. He has received his MS degree in Information Security from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Prayagraj. He has received his B.Tech degree in CSE from U.P.T.U. Lucknow. He has more than 15 Years of Teaching and Research Experience. His areas of interest and research include Security and Privacy in Blockchain Technology and Cloud Computing, Architecture Design for Cloud Computing, and Access control techniques in Cloud Computing and Blockchain Technology.He has performed the role of a key member in more than 10 International Conferences as a Keynote Speaker/Organizing Secretary/ Organizing Chair/ Session Chair. He has written 3 technical books for UP Technical University, Lucknow, and published multiple research papers in reputed international journals and conferences. He has published more than 30 research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals/conferences indexed by (Scopus, SCIE, Google Scholars, and DBLP) with high impact factors, more than 10 Patents published, and 2 Patents are granted. He is participating in multiple professional societies like IEEE (Senior Member), IAASSE (Senior Member), Life Time Member in CSI, and Life Time Member in CRSI. He has been working on various research & development Activities, University Syllabus Design, and mentoring innovation and incubation-related developments to students. He has served as a reviewer and member of editorial boards of several prestigious Conferences/Journals /Transactions like IEEE, SPRINGERS, and other Scopus Indexed International Journals. He contributed to various prestigious Accreditation bodies like NAAC, NBA, and others.

Prof. Wendong Xiao is currently a Professor with the School of Automation and Electrical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, P. R. China. His previous appointments include Scientist III with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore (2004-2012), Research Fellow with the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2001-2004), Associate Professor with the Northeastern University, China (1999-2001), and Post-Doctorate Research Fellow with the POSCO Technical Research Laboratories, South Korea (1996-1999). He received his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, China in 1995. His current research focuses on wireless localization and tracking, energy harvesting based network resource management, wearable computing for healthcare, big data processing, wireless sensor networks and internet of things. He has published about 150 papers in Journals and conferences and has been participating in a number of research and industrial projects in the related areas. He has been actively participating in the organizations for more than 70 international conferences and reviews for many top international Journals.

Prof. Huajun Dong is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and Dean of the School of Computer and Communication at Dalian Jiaotong University, an evaluation expert for the National Natural Science Foundation, a review expert for the Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society, and a member of the Journal of East China Jiaotong University. His main interests of research cover the key technology of vacuum switches and the application technology of image processing. Prof. Dong was awarded the Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow of Henan Province in 2013, the Outstanding Teacher of Dalian Jiaotong University in 2017, the Hundred-level Talent of the National Hundred and Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talent Project in 2018, and the Outstanding Teacher of Liaoning Province in 2020. He has obtained patents for calculating the position and velocity of vacuum switch contacts and a vacuum switch contact that can be used in a longitudinal magnetic field. 

The research projects he has undertaken over the past two years are as follows:
